West Coast Style IPA
Hops from the left coast and our special brewing process combine to make Itsa Lika West Coast Style non-alcoholic IPA a new favorite. Bold hop aroma and just the right piney/citrus balance will have you rethinking what great craft brew is all about.
Super Crisp
A crisp post ride/run/ski/hike/surf/climb easy drinking brew. Dry and balanced, our non-alcoholic Super Crisp hits the spot, no matter what your day has in store.
Maximum Enjoyment
Itsa Lika—and most NAs and a lot of other beers for that matter—is best enjoyed at "cellar temperature" between 55°-65° F. This is the best temperature range to experience the nuance of flavors and crispness. So store it in the garage, basement, or pantry to save space in your fridge.
And since we're talking about storage, we're required to pasteurize Itsa Lika to make sure the ABV stays below .5% and for general food safety. That means Itsa Lika stays delicious for an incredibly long time.
Itsa Gotta Be Better
When we (co-founders Robb Shurr and Scott Pearce) took up the dry January challenge a few years back, we went in search of a great NA beer to get us through the long sober month. We figured NA beer had been around for a longtime; surely someone had figured out how to make it actually taste like beer. Nope.
So we called up a brewer friend in Chico, California, and he began playing around with NA recipes in his garage. After months of trial and error, we found a recipe that produced not just a great tasting NA beer, but a great tasting beer, period. No one could believe it was non-alcoholic.
We knew we were on to something.
Lotsa Chops
Surprisingly (or not), not all brewers want to spend their time trying to crack the code on brewing a great non-alcoholic craft beer. Lucky for us, we called in all of our favors and assembled a team of veteran brewers hell bent on making the best craft non-alcoholic beer on the planet. Our brewers are Great American Beer Festival medal winners with deep roots in the craft beer world.
We can’t tell you everything but much of our brewing process is fairly traditional. Let’s just say that when you’re brewing a non-alcoholic beer, you have to break some rules. But one rule we don’t break is quality—we only use the finest natural ingredients to produce the best drinking non-alcoholic beer on the market.
